Last week, we presented at Fourth Shift Summit, a yearly conference held by our Knoxville-based business partner, Innovative Consulting Group (ICG). This year's conference took place at the Dollywood DreamMore Resort in East Tennessee. The core audience is manufacturers who use an ERP called Fourth Shift, and other related manufacturing technology.
Xtern Software has roots in Fourth Shift ERP and working with manufacturers of all types. Our founder, Keir, wrote a number of software programs for Fourth Shift ERP prior to founding Xtern. Keir met ICG founder, Jeff Bronson, over 20 years ago. They began collaborating on products designed to enhance Fourth Shift. In the years that followed, Xtern Software architected several companion software products for the ERP.
Xtern continues to work with many customers in manufacturing, as well as expanding its scope and expertise to other industries. The main purpose of our time at this conference was to show how our products support B2B eCommerce for manufacturing customers.

CruxDB: CruxDB web-enables legacy ERPs, providing the foundation for HarmonyB2B, and other custom app integrations.
HaystackCRM: HaystackCRM provides seamless CRM integration with Fourth Shift.
