We're so happy to welcome Tineshia Johnson to the Xtern team! She is joining us as our Office Manager. Previously this was a dual role also held by our System Administrator. As our software business has continued to steadily grow, the need to have both a dedicated system administrator and a dedicated office manager has become appararent. We are thrilled to have Tineshia helming the latter role. And we look forward to sharing more about our other new hire soon.
Tineshia is originally from Georgia and has lived in Greensboro for about six years. She has a robust background in business operations, and spent the past 14 years working for Aflac. She is excited to take on a role in a small, local business that exposes her to the software industry. Software is a field she's always been interested in learning more about and even took classes in college on the subject. So this role at Xtern is a great match for her background and interests!
When she's not at work, Tineshia loves spending time with her two daughters, ages 6 and 12. She also enjoys spending time in nature, both in the mountains, and locally in Greensboro. She particuarly likes walking in the Greensboro Arboretum and the Bog Garden.
